Frequently asked questions
What counts as a verification?
Single verifications, each row in a bulk job, and each scheduled monitor re-check all draw from your monthly quota. Duplicates in a bulk upload are not charged.
What counts as one send?
One message to one recipient. A newsletter to 1,000 subscribers = 1,000 sends. Bounced or suppressed addresses do not count against your quota.
Is monitoring included?
Yes — continuous monitoring is included on every plan. Quotas differ: Free includes 5 monitors, Starter 50, Growth 200. Each re-check draws from your monthly verification quota.
Can I connect any mailbox for cold outreach?
Yes — SMTP, Gmail OAuth, and Outlook OAuth are supported. Starter gives 5 rotating mailboxes; Scale gives 100. Warmup ramps and humanized delays are configurable per mailbox.
How does billing work?
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Dodo Payments and renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues through the paid period.
How does Finder (lead search) billing work?
Every plan includes a monthly allowance of Finder leads (Free 25, Starter 250, Growth 750, Scale 2,500) — each found lead is already verified, at no extra charge. Past that allowance, Finder draws from your verification credits at 2 credits per lead, so a one-time verification credit top-up covers overflow too.
What is Managed Outbound?
A dedicated Continuum operator runs outbound inside your own account — strategy, copy, mailbox warmup, and weekly reporting — instead of your team running the app yourselves. Pricing is scoped to your volume and list size; book a call to get a quote.
