Continuum API ("Continuum", "we", "us") is operated by Signalpulse Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it when you use continuumapi.com, app.continuumapi.com, and the Continuum API.
1. What we collect
- Account data: email address, name, and authentication data when you sign up.
- Billing data: plan, transaction identifiers, and billing country. Card and UPI details are processed by our payment provider (Dodo Payments) and never touch our servers.
- Service data: email addresses, phone numbers, and IP addresses you submit to the API for verification, uploaded CSV files, verification results, and monitoring configurations.
- Usage data: API request logs (endpoint, timestamp, response status, API key identifier, caller IP) and aggregate usage counters for quota enforcement.
2. How we use it
- To provide verification results and operate bulk jobs, monitors, and webhooks.
- To enforce plan quotas and rate limits, prevent abuse, and secure the service.
- To bill you and send transactional messages about your account (key issuance, quota warnings, payment receipts).
- We do NOT sell your data, use submitted email lists for marketing, or build marketing profiles from verification traffic.
3. Data you submit for verification (processor role)
You are the controller of the contact data you submit; we process it solely to return verification results to you. Verification necessarily involves DNS lookups and mailbox-level checks performed through specialized verification sub-processors. Uploaded CSVs and result exports are stored in private buckets accessible only to your API key.

- DeBounce / Bouncer (verification infrastructure) — SMTP-level deliverability checks
- Dodo Payments — payment processing
- Cloudflare (US) — network proxying
- Resend — transactional email
5. Retention
Verification results and history are retained while your account is active so you can query /v1/history. Uploaded CSVs and exports can be deleted on request. You may delete monitors and webhooks at any time via the API. When your account is closed we delete personal data within 30 days, except records we must keep for tax and accounting purposes.
6. Security
API keys are stored as salted SHA-256 hashes for authentication. Traffic is TLS-encrypted in transit. Storage buckets are private. Access to production systems is limited to the operator.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (GDPR, CCPA, DPDP), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data. Write to sumeet@continuumapi.com and we will respond within 30 days.
8. International transfers
Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States and Asia-Pacific regions. By using the service you consent to processing in these locations.
9. Changes
We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
