These terms govern use of continuumapi.com, app.continuumapi.com, and the Continuum API, operated by Signalpulse Technologies LLC ("Continuum", "we"). By creating an account or calling the API you agree to them.
1. The service
Continuum provides email verification, deliverability signals, phone and IP intelligence, ongoing monitoring, and webhooks, delivered via HTTP API and a web dashboard. Results are probabilistic signals, not guarantees: a "valid" result means the mailbox accepted verification probes at check time, not that any particular message will be delivered.
2. Accounts and API keys
You are responsible for safeguarding your API keys and for all activity under them. Keys may not be shared outside your organization. Notify us immediately of suspected compromise and we will rotate the key.
3. Acceptable use
You may only verify contact data you have a lawful basis to process. You must not use Continuum to: build or clean lists for spam or unsolicited bulk email; harvest or enumerate addresses you do not own or have consent to contact; violate anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR/ePrivacy, CASL, or equivalents); resell raw verification results as a competing service; probe, overload, or reverse engineer the service. We may suspend keys engaged in abuse without notice.
4. Plans, quotas, and fair use
Each plan includes a monthly verification quota covering single verifications, bulk-job rows, and monitor checks. Quotas reset monthly and unused quota does not roll over. We may throttle traffic that exceeds fair use even within quota.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance through Dodo Payments, monthly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices may change with 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
6. Availability
We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees on self-serve plans. Scheduled maintenance and third-party outages (DNS, mail servers, verification infrastructure) can affect results.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or the consequences of sending email to addresses we scored, which remains your decision.
8. Termination
You may cancel at any time from the dashboard; access continues through the paid period. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms. Sections 3, 7, and 9 survive termination.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
10. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
